This afternoon Lily received her first bath at home! Note the skill with which mom and dad clean their new baby, it must be instinctual as we really don't have any idea what we're doing...

That was definitely more than 10 seconds of crying. What a pair of lungs on my niece! Farrell women don't like to be upset. :) I also notice that she loves to have her hair patted, much like her aunt Christie. How fun, how amazing, thank you so much for sharing these exciting firsts.
Skillfully done..good job all of you. You're a great team and Lily seems pretty patient with her parents...what a wonderfully fun time for you both. I CAN"T wait to finally get to meet her Calif Gramma
I would also like to comment that if this parenting stuff is all so easy, perhaps more photos and updates could be posted. >;) For those of us hanging on every word. No pressure.

Congrats! Hope all is well. And I hope she doesn't make you eat those words about parenting being easy too soon. You gotta enjoy this at least a little bit.
