Lily's First Hike By Herself

Last weekend we went for a hike in the Cascade Mountains called "Lake 22". It's 5.5 miles roundtrip with a 1,500 ft. elevation gain.

Lily did the ENTIRE hike all by herself! She did have ~10 falls, 2 bumps in to the side of the mountain, LOTS of encouragement from us and a promise of 2 scoops of ice cream if she finished.

She definitely earned her rainbow sherbet & cotton candy ice cream cup. We were very proud of her.
