This afternoon Dora joined us for a sleepover in celebration of her 6th birthday. First we ate cherry tomatoes with salt (her favorite thing, especially if Uncle Mike puts too much salt on them), next Mexican dinner at our favorite place, and finally we created the BIGGEST FORT EVER in our living room. The plan is to spend the night in this castle of sheets and pillows... We shall see.

Wow... that is the biggest fort ever. I hope the girls don't get lost in there. Can they each find their own rooms ok?

You're doing some serious engineering over there - well done and thanks so much for creating such a fun time for our six year old!
UPDATE: After several (10) trips downstairs to police various infractions and squabbles, Lily was formally removed from the fort and placed back in her own bed... Dora remained and successfully earned her 'fort badge'.
